To change the settings for any of your RewardTags, simply log in to your account and click on the tag you want to update. You can change everything - the personal message, reward offer, or contact information - at anytime!
Can I change the reward offer for each of my devices?
Absolutely! You can log in to your account to change your personal information, tag characteristics, and even the return option at ANY time. Many of our users choose to update their personal message, and sometimes even increase their reward offer, depending on the item and specific circumstances for each situation. After logging in, change your contact information by clicking the "Edit" on your profile. To change the personal message, contact information, or reward value for individual tags, simply click on the tag you wish to edit.

How do I deactivate an ID if I sell my device?
Simply login to your account by clicking MY ACCOUNT on the homepage, and go to your profile page. Your activated RewardTag labels will be listed on the page. Identify which RewardTag ID number matches the label on your tag, and then click the button to remove it.
